RdyUp uses authenticated accounts, server-side access controls and household-level permissions to help protect your family information and limit access to authorised users.

Customer support requests are accessible only through controlled account and authorised RdyUp support processes.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. RdyUp does not store your full payment-card details.

Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details or unnecessary private family information in support requests.

RdyUp is designed to help organise everyday family administration. You should not upload unlawful content, intimate or sexual images, graphic harmful material, or highly sensitive documents that are not necessary for using RdyUp.
