Terms of Service
Effective date: 5 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of RdyUp.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, starting a trial or using RdyUp, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About RdyUp
RdyUp is a family administration and organisation service designed to help parents and caregivers manage practical household information, tasks, reminders, communications and family coordination.
RdyUp does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, educational or safeguarding advice.
2. Who may use RdyUp
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use RdyUp.
RdyUp customer accounts are intended to be managed by adults.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for information they add relating to children or other household members.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
3. Your household
A RdyUp household may contain an Owner and authorised Adults.
The Owner has household-management responsibilities provided by the application, including managing appropriate household membership.
You are responsible for deciding who should have access to your household.
Do not invite someone who should not have access to household information.
RdyUp Administrator authority is separate from household Owner or Adult roles.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for information and content you enter into RdyUp.
You give RdyUp permission to process that information only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the service;
- store and display your information;
- provide requested features;
- process supported captures or communications;
- provide reminders;
- provide customer support;
- maintain security and reliability;
You must have the right to provide information you submit to RdyUp.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use RdyUp to:
- break the law;
- access another household without permission;
- interfere with the service or its security;
- attempt to bypass authentication or authorisation;
- probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorisation;
- upload malicious files or code;
- submit passwords, authentication credentials or payment-card details;
- provide information you have no lawful right to provide;
- submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit or seriously harmful material;
- submit any sexual or exploitative content involving children;
- misuse another person's account;
- impersonate another person;
- harass, threaten or harm another person;
This does not prevent legitimate family administration through supported RdyUp features. You may use RdyUp for school letters, activities, event information, teacher communications, everyday family reminders, and normal documents or images reasonably required for supported RdyUp workflows.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, RdyUp or the security of the service.
6. Subscriptions
Paid RdyUp subscriptions are offered according to the plans and prices shown in the application and during Checkout.
Subscription options may include different household capacities and monthly or yearly billing.
Your selected price and billing interval will be shown before payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
RdyUp does not store full payment-card details.
7. Introductory free trial
Where offered, RdyUp currently provides a:
3-day introductory free trial.
A payment card is required before the trial begins.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription may begin automatically according to the price and billing interval presented during Checkout.
The introductory trial is limited according to RdyUp's trial-eligibility rules, including the existing one-trial-per-household restriction.
Creating another account or changing plan does not guarantee another introductory trial.
8. Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected monthly or yearly billing interval unless cancelled.
You may manage an eligible subscription through the subscription-management options provided in your RdyUp Account.
Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid or trial period, access may continue until the applicable entitlement period ends.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your RdyUp data.
9. Payment problems
If a payment fails or a subscription enters a payment-related problem state, access may be restricted according to the subscription and entitlement rules implemented by RdyUp.
We do not promise continued paid access where payment is overdue or unpaid.
10. Changes to pricing or plans
RdyUp may change available plans, prices or features in the future.
Any applicable new price or material subscription change will be presented as required before it applies.
Nothing in these Terms authorises RdyUp to silently alter an already agreed billing transaction contrary to applicable law.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep RdyUp available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend parts of the service for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- upgrades;
- emergency repairs;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control;
12. Reminders and notifications
RdyUp may provide reminders and service notifications based on information you enter and the notification preferences available to you.
Reminders are provided as an organisational aid.
You remain responsible for important dates, payments, appointments, deadlines and responsibilities.
Do not rely on RdyUp as the sole method of remembering something where missing it could cause serious harm or loss.
13. Customer support
Authenticated customers can access support through:
Available workflows may include:
- Contact Us;
- Report a Bug;
- Suggest a Feature;
Submitting a feature request does not guarantee that the feature will be implemented.
We do not promise a particular response time unless a specific service level has been expressly agreed.
14. Account deletion
You may request account deletion through the Account area.
Submitting a deletion request does not immediately destroy data.
Requests may need to be reviewed because deleting an account or household may affect other authorised household members or records that must lawfully be retained.
We will process confirmed deletion requests according to the applicable deletion workflow and Privacy Policy.
15. Intellectual property
RdyUp, its branding, software, interface, design and original service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of RdyUp.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of RdyUp intellectual property to you.
You may use the service only for its intended personal or household purposes, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
16. Third-party services
RdyUp relies on third-party services to provide parts of the application, including infrastructure and payment processing.
Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.
Stripe is responsible for processing payment-card information supplied through Stripe-hosted payment services.
17. Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Please contact us if you believe your RdyUp account has been compromised.
You must not attempt to access another customer's account or household.
For further information about RdyUp's security approach, see Trust & Security.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
- fraud;
- unlawful activity;
- abuse;
- security risk;
- misuse of the service;
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will take proportionate action.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature continue after termination.
19. Disclaimers
RdyUp is provided as a practical family-organisation tool.
While we take reasonable care in operating the service, RdyUp cannot guarantee that every reminder, extracted detail, communication, date or customer-entered record will always be complete, accurate or delivered without interruption.
You are responsible for checking important information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, RdyUp is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on the service where the relevant information should reasonably have been independently checked.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as RdyUp develops or where legal, operational, commercial or security requirements change.
Where a change materially affects customers, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated Terms available.
The effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
