RdyUp helps parents and caregivers organise school information that arrives as a paper letter, a photo of the letter or document, or a screenshot. You deliberately provide the relevant image through Image / Screenshot; RdyUp may prepare useful dates, requirements, payment details and other information for you to review and confirm.
The paper-letter problem
One letter can contain several things to remember
A letter in a school bag may be about one subject, but the useful information can be spread across the page. A trip, sports or PE notice, non-uniform day, club update, meeting, payment request or form may ask you to remember a date, bring something, pay by a deadline and take an action.
Activities
A PE, sports or club notice may include a time, place, kit list and action for home.
School days
A non-uniform day, meeting notice, payment request or form can carry more than one useful detail.
The screenshot problem
A screenshot is easy to take, but easy to lose among other images
The context can fade once a screenshot is saved beside unrelated images. The important date, payment or action stays inside it, and you may remember taking the screenshot without remembering what needed doing.
RdyUp gives you a way to deliberately provide that relevant screenshot so the useful details can be prepared for you to review and confirm.

Capture the information itself
Take a clear photo of the letter or document, or use the relevant screenshot.
Choose Image / Screenshot
Add the PNG or JPEG yourself and choose “Review what RdyUp found”.
Check the proposal
RdyUp prepares proposed family information. Check it, edit details, remove an item or payment, or add a payment where needed.
Choose who it belongs to and save
Select the relevant child or children where appropriate, then choose “Confirm and save”; or discard the capture.

Review and control
Prepared for your review, not assumed to be perfect
RdyUp prepares proposed information rather than treating every interpretation as final. Check and correct editable dates, times, locations, requirements, notes and payments. You can remove proposed items, add or remove a payment, confirm and save, or discard.
For families with more than one child, each proposed item can be associated with the relevant child or children before it is saved. Choosing a child is optional, so household-wide information can stay household-wide.

Image / Screenshot is for relevant information itself, such as a school letter, notice or screen containing details you need to organise. It is not for uploading photographs of children, children's faces, class photos or school photos containing children, and RdyUp is not child-photo storage.
