A family organiser for multiple children

Keep each child's information clear

RdyUp helps parents and caregivers organise information for more than one child. Dates, requirements, payments and important details can be connected to one child or several children, while information for the whole household can remain unassigned.

Same family, different things to remember

One week can hold different details for each child

These illustrative examples show why the person connected to an item can matter just as much as its date.

Child A

Football · Tuesday

Remember: football boots

Child B

School trip · Friday

Payment: £15 due Wednesday

Both children

Family appointment · Saturday

One item, connected to both

Who does this belong to?

A date without context may not be enough

“Swimming on Thursday” is more useful when you can also see which child is going. The practical questions are often: Which child? Which children? Or does this apply to the whole household?

That context helps keep different activities, appointments, deadlines and notes from becoming one mixed list.

Multiple children, multiple inputs

However it arrives, keep the result connected to the right people

Family information may arrive through a forwarded email, a letter or document image, a screenshot or a voice note. You can also enter it manually. The useful organisational step is checking which child or children each proposed item belongs to.

Beyond calendar dates

Payments and requirements need context too

A £15 school trip payment may be for one child, while football boots, a permission requirement, PE kit or a club deadline belongs to another. Keeping the child association with the saved item makes those details easier to understand later.

When it applies more widely

Some information belongs to more than one child or everyone

You can select multiple children for one item. If it is household-wide, leave every child unselected: RdyUp keeps it as a household item rather than forcing it onto one child.
